As residents in Lincoln Park and Bucktown wring their hands over the prospect of thousands of people pouring daily into the the sprawling campus the developer wants to build on riverfront property between the two neighborhoods, C.H. Robinson is cutting the ceremonial ribbon today on Sterling Bay’s new build-to-suit office building at 1515 W. Webster Ave.
