Sterling Bay lands first tenant in new Fulton Market development
As Sterling Bay continues work on McDonald’s new headquarters in the red-hot Fulton Market District, the developer has landed its first tenant at another big office building up the street.
Construction company Leopardo signed a long-term lease for 24,000 square feet at 210 N. Carpenter St., a 12-story building that Sterling Bay plans to open next year, the companies announced. Leopardo also is building the office and retail project, with construction slated to begin this month.
