The Assembly is a ground-up 473,400 square foot Class A office and retail development in the heart of Deep Ellum, Dallas’ foremost 24/7 neighborhood, celebrated for its art, culture, and music. The HKS-designed building will be located adjacent to the world-renowned Baylor Medical Center and the DART rail station at Malcolm X Boulevard and Indiana Street. Anticipated delivery is 2023.
