    110 North Carpenter

    110 North Carpenter is the former site of Harpo Studios and now home to McDonald’s global headquarters. The new ground-up, nine-story building is a build-to-suit collaboration between Sterling Bay, McDonald’s and Gensler architects. The 580,000 square foot building features neighborhood retail along popular Randolph Street, public spaces and indoor parking. Sterling Bay sold 110 North Carpenter in 2020.
