The recently completed four-story, 207,000 square foot riverfront building is the headquarters of C.H. Robinson. The building and surrounding grounds, designed by SOM architects, are groundbreaking on multiple levels. Designed with an exterior that emulates the flow of water, this energy-efficient building offers C.H. Robinson an opportunity to relocate, modernize its corporate culture and expand its workforce. Perhaps most impressive is a thirty-foot setback and public landscaped park that will front the Chicago River, offering employees and visitors alike expansive views of the water. The building was turned over to the tenant in 2018. Sterling Bay sold 1515 West Webster in November 2020.
