Sterling Bay’s Lincoln Yards project hopes to lead the next wave of life-sciences development in Chicago

Sterling Bay broke ground at Ally, a 320,000-square-foot project along the Chicago River as part of its Lincoln Yards development last fall, and hopes to finish structural completion by the end of January.
