Sterling Bay lands tenant for next big office project

Sterling Bay is getting ready to start construction on its next major office project in the Fulton Market district after landing its first tenant for the building, general contractor Skender Construction.

Skender signed a 13-year lease for 30,000 square feet at Fulton West, a 295,000-square-foot office building Sterling Bay is building at 1330 W. Fulton Market, CEO Mark Skender said.
