Sterling Bay hires Transwestern exec to head leasing
Sterling Bay has hired Transwestern executive Michael Lirtzman to oversee leasing of the Chicago developer’s fast-growing portfolio.
As director of leasing, a new position, Lirtzman, 43, will court tenants to a wide range of projects for Sterling Bay, one of Chicago’s busiest developers, with multiple properties in the Fulton Market neighborhood and a major development in the works on the A. Finkl & Sons property on the North Side.
