Situated in Boulder County, the project development site covers approximately 2,559,491 SF and is strategically located along Highway 36, the primary thoroughfare connecting Boulder and Denver. The site will include up to 2.6 million square feet of mixed-use space designated for purpose-built life sciences R&D, bio-manufacturing, office, and industrial logistics facilities, in addition to a best-in-class tenant amenity center. Boulder has become one of the top emergent life sciences cluster regions in the U.S. following an influx of technology and life sciences companies, including Google, Twitter, Facebook, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and Medtronic. The area is also conveniently located near several large university systems, including the University of Colorado Boulder, University of Denver, and Colorado State University.
