The Next Hot Summer Spot: A Ski Resort
When Mike and Peggy Grubbs first visited Victory Ranch, a new development about 10 miles from the ski slopes of Park City and Deer Valley in Utah, they immediately put a deposit on a lot. The location was perfect, they said, for enjoying everything the season has to offer.
