Google’s Fulton Market offices selling for $305 million
Google’s Midwest headquarters building is set to sell for $305 million, a landmark deal for the city’s emerging Fulton Market district that also will rank as one of the most expensive office deals in Chicago history.
Investment manager American Realty Advisors has agreed to buy the 10-story 1KFulton building for about $305 million, or about $574 per square foot, according to people familiar with the deal.
