Sterling Bay, Affinius Capital Complete Pulaski 55 Logistics Center

Sterling Bay and Affinius Capital have completed the Pulaski 55 Logistics Center, a state-of-the-art industrial facility located at 4510 W. Ann Lurie Place in Chicago. Colliers is leading leasing efforts for the facility.

Delivered in December 2024, the 147,500-square-foot facility offers modern, high-quality industrial space within one of the city’s most sought-after infill industrial parks. Located in Crawford Industrial Park with excellent access to I-55, I-94 and downtown Chicago, Pulaski 55 boasts high visibility from the I-55 freeway.
