1840 N Marcey

Sterling Bay is in the pre-development process of 1840 N Marcey, a two-phase residential high-rise development located in the highly desirable Lincoln Park neighborhood. The project comprises of a 16-story, 308-unit tower with 3,500 SF of ground-floor retail space and a 21-story, 307-unit tower with 17,600 SF of ground-floor retail space. The project is being designed by Chicago-based Solomon Cordwell Buenz, and is projected to commence construction in 2025.
