Umami Burger to open on Randolph Street next year

Umami Burger plans to open its second Chicago location next year in the Fulton Market district of the West Loop.

Los Angeles-based Umami Restaurant Group today confirmed the deal for the space at 945 W. Randolph St., first reported by Crain’s in May, and said the 2,734-square-foot restaurant would open in spring 2016. Umami made its Chicago debut with a Wicker Park shop that opened in September.
