CitizenM opening Michigan Avenue ‘micro-hotel’ with 150-square-foot rooms

A Dutch hotel chain — CitizenM — said it will open its first Chicago location at Sterling Bay’s mixed-use development at 300 North Michigan Avenue later next year.
