Sterling Bay Hires Chief Technology Officer

Sterling Bay has recently announced the hire of its first Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Jeff Warren. In this role, Warren will develop and lead the company’s technology strategy, infrastructure, architecture and applications, as well as all corporate and interoffice telecom.

Sterling Bay Appoints First Chief Technology Officer, Jeff Warren

Local real estate developer hires tech industry veteran to further scale business growth and drive innovation

CHICAGO (September 9, 2019) – Sterling Bay, the Chicago-based real estate developer and investor, recently announced its hire of Jeff Warren as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, Warren will oversee all aspects of the company’s technology organization including, infrastructure, architecture, applications and digital marketing, as well as all corporate and interoffice telecom.

Warren joins Sterling Bay from Deloitte Consulting, where he served as Managing Director responsible for real estate and investment client strategy through technology assessments and implementations, mergers, and back-office re­engineering. Prior to Deloitte, Warren held the role of Chief Information Officer at Equity Office Properties, a Blackstone-­owned real estate company, where he led the vision, strategy, and delivery of all aspects of digital information, technology, and telecom.
